Activity in the Amelia Island area real estate market took a nice uptick for the week of 3/29/2009 thru 4/4/2009!!!

22 properties went "Under Contract"

14 properties "Sold"

I also saw a good increase in showing activity which has to happen before we see properties going under contract and then closing. The prices reductions continued with a few very substantial reductions in the resort market.

Let's hope this activity continues to build momentum.
